Today I'm going to talk about my favorite meal.
Well, I must recognize that my favorite dish is the paste or rather the noodles. I think is a delicious meal and at the same time can be very versatile regarding its ways of eating, for example can be eaten with tomato sauce, white sauce, with vegetables, with chicken, with meat, with vegetarian meat, with pesto sauce and many other ways. In my case por example, I don't usually eat paste with meat or chicken, but I really enjoy the other forms.
Generally, the ingredients to cook home-made paste are: wheat fluor, egss, salt and water, but also there is the option of instant noodles, which is in fact a good decision in the case there is not much time to cooking or if you are not a fan of cooking. Actually, both forms are valid and respectable.
Honestly, I think that the paste is great, but eating it in excess is not healthy because our bodies needs more functional foods, not only carbohydrates.
